Role Purpose
To build a strong academic, social and emotional foundation for preschool learners, while leading/participating in aftercare. Support the implementation of Thriveway – a holistic, child-centred framework covering academics, behaviour, physical development and spiritual growth.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
● Tertiary Teaching or ECD qualification
● SACE registered
Experience:
● Minimum 5 years relevant preschool/aftercare experience. Experience working with Toddlers ideal.
● IEB school experience advantageous
● Montessori experience advantageous
Remuneration & Hours
● Market-related (based on candidate strength)
● Working hours: 07:00 – 15:00 (daily)
