Take your time, give it genuine thought, and give us enough information to get to know you. Applications that stand out are the ones that go beyond a sentence or two. If your application stands out and we can see you’re our kind of person, we’ll invite you to complete a psychometric assessment. This evaluates how you approach novel situations, solve problems, and think critically — qualities we consider essential in our environment. You’ll also attach your CV at this stage.
From there, successful candidates will be invited to an online interview, followed by an in-person interview. You may also be asked to demonstrate your skills in a practical setting — a demo lesson at one of our schools. We conduct thorough reference checks as a final step.
Positions begin in January 2027, and we aim to have our team appointed by 30 August 2027 — giving you time to work out notice at your current school.
